Uinta Brewing – Punk’n (2013)

15 Oct
NicAA: Clear tea colored brew, thin head. Biscuity malt aroma with molasses and low spice. Slight medicinal touch. 7/10

NicTM: Medium body and fairly low carb. Upfront oaty malt, giving way to a little sugary gourd and vague hint of spice. 8/10

NicP: The pumpkin is flavorful here but a little boring as there’s not much spice backing it up. Sexy pumpkin, bad dress. 7p

NicO: More crust than filling; savory pie beer. Last yr we drank this out of hollowed pumpkin cups. Try that, it helps. 77/100

AlexAA: beautiful copper w/ a slight haze, no head, and barley and chocolate aroma w/ traces of nutmeg and cinnamon 8/10

AlexTM: barley and cloves carry this toasty flavor – nutmeg & pumpkin pop out, rather dry finish w/ a sweet chalky 8/10

AlexP: Stocky pumpkins roll throughout the taste w/ a lingering presence after all else has faded. 7P

AlexO: A dense ale that leaves no doubt that you had secondsies of your veggies. Subtle spicing keeps pumpkin the star. 83/100
